I'm the Co-Founder of CareerFlex, a two-pillared outplacement and staffing company focused on the retail sector. We provide outplacement support services to retail employees through our agile, web-based platform that is specifically designed to offset traditional outplacement hurdles. Additionally, thanks to our unique position among retailers, liquidators, and staff, we are also able to proactively connect hiring companies with an outstanding pipeline of retail talent. We work closely with exceptional employees who may have been laid off (through no fault of their own) and are now eager to perform with a new employer at the same high level. CareerFlex is a Hilco Global Company and has recently begun to leverage that relationship to provide staffing support to retailers on an ad-hoc basis ahead of this year's busy holiday season.
