Adam Conrad has over twenty years of experience in the recruiting/staffing industry. He began his career as a recruiter, and has held leadership roles in recruiting management, operations, and technology adoption. Adam has been an early adopter of technology to help streamline processes, enhance the candidate/client experiences, and increase transparency within an organization. Adam's core belief is that recruiting is a human-to-human experience and delivering great experiences is critical to growth. Adam founded Great Recruiters in 2017 to create more transparency throughout the recruiting industry, and help recruiters and firms to improve the overall experience they provide.
