Talent Acquisition Leader - Vendor Management
Allen Chilson is the Talent Acquisition Leader for Vendor Management at Danaher. Danaher is a global science and technology innovator committed to helping customers solve complex challenges and improving quality of life around the world. Allen has over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource roles where his responsibilities have included managing both internal teams and vendors/partners involved in securing new talent for the organization. In his current role at Danaher, he leads the multiple vendor programs that deliver RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services and Contingent Workforce services to Danaher’s global family of over 20 operating companies. In previous roles at BASF, AstraZeneca, MedImmune, FINRA and Sarnoff, Allen led both in-house and vendor teams that delivered Talent Acquisition, Contingent Workforce and related services (Relocation, Immigration, Pre-Employment screening) to Managers in the US, Canada and the UK. Allen was recognized in 2021 as a DE&I Influencer and in both 2021 and 2020 as a Contingent Workforce Program Game Changer. He was also recognized by ADP (2013) and RTI (2012) for innovation in his RPO programs. He is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ (BS, Marketing) and is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) as well as holding certifications from HRCI (SPHR) and SHRM (SHRM-SCP). Allen currently serves as a Board Member for TALK (Talent AcquisitionLeadership Keynotes), Washington, DC chapter. He has served as Chapter President of the Morris County SHRM Chapter, as well as other volunteer roles with the Chapter. He has also taught introduction to HR classes at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
