Hamish is the Founder & CEO of sales enablement company, Selr.io. Hamish comes from over a decade of experience within sales, with a strong focus on recruitment and software (SaaS). Having started his career as a door to door, commission only sales rep, Hamish was always trying to push the boundaries with his creativity when it came to selling in competitive markets. Since then, Hamish has built and scaled sales teams at multinational organizations, worked as the USA Head for an HRtech startup and since built his own company. Selr.io was created to better the sales industry. Finally, bringing sales training and sales recruitment together. When 50% of sales teams don’t get any formal training and 50% of sales teams aren’t hitting quota, Hamish believes that those two metrics are linked.
