Rich Smith has worn many hats. (Literally and figuratively.) Odds are he’s wearing a hat right now. As Co-Founder and CMO of Atlas MedStaff®, Rich helps set the direction of the company, drive brand engagement, and ensure our travelers get a unique experience with Atlas. Rich is the first to admit he doesn’t know it all, so he believes in hiring smart people who are a good culture fit, and then setting them loose. (This has worked out pretty well.)
