Prashanth has over 16 years of experience in the Staffing Industry. He joined Allegis Group in 2013 to set up their business development teams for the RPO & IT staffing businesses. For the last 8 years he’s been running the operations of TEKsystems, the IT staffing arm of Allegis Group. He is responsible for creating leaders for TEKsystems India. He leads diverse & inclusive teams that provides great Client and Candidate experience on a daily basis to global IT Staffing clients of Allegis. He also has vast experience in working with various GICs in India and helping them ramp up their technology Centers. Before TEKsystems, Prashanth has worked with Global staffing companies like Ma Foi Randstad & technology start-ups like iNine Technologies handling both BD & Operations. Has worked in Markets like India, US, and Singapore.
